Standard Trading Conditions and International Freight Forwarding Policy.
"Company" refers to PrimeRoute Logistics Ltd., including its subsidiaries, affiliates, and appointed sovereign agents. "Customer" means any corporate entity or individual requesting logistics services, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or warehousing.
All international multi-modal transport contracts are governed by applicable mandatory treaties, including the Hague-Visby Rules for Ocean Cargo, the Warsaw Convention or Montreal Convention for Air Carriage, and the CMR Convention for European Road Transit.
Customers guarantee that consignments are lawfully packaged, marked, and labeled in accordance with ICAO/IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and IMO International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) codes. Prohibited narcotics, unregistered munitions, or sanctioned materials will be rejected and reported to relevant sovereign enforcement authorities.
PrimeRoute Logistics provides real-time satellite telemetry as a value-added service. Satellite signal interruptions due to natural atmospheric interference, sovereign airspace security restrictions, or ocean deep-sea conditions do not constitute a breach of transit contracts.
